Tito Ortiz was born in Huntington Beach, California on 23 January 1975. His birth name was Jacob Christopher Ortiz. He was a resident of Huntington Beach before he moved to Santa Ana. Ortiz is half Mexican descendant of his paternal lineage, is half Mexican. His father was Sam Ortiz, who gave him the name Tito. Both his parents were addicts to heroin making it difficult for him to grow up. He was a member of bands. He also used cocaine and other drugs. As a youngster the teen was taken to juvenile detention. His parents divorced when he reached 13. He went to Huntington Beach High School where wrestling was his sport. His mother removed him from school at the age of 18. Paul Herrera encouraged Ortiz to wrestle and go to college. He was later married for five years to Kristin who was his first wife. He then had a relationship with Jenna Jameson. They had twins born to them. The couple has separated. Tito Ortiz is currently dating Amber Nichole Miller.
